Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Marinade:
    • In a large bowl, whisk together the fat-free Greek yogurt, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, salt, mustard oil, and crushed fenugreek leaves (if using).
  2. Marinate the Salmon:
    • Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
    • Coat the fillets evenly in the marinade, ensuring all sides are well covered.

    • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

    Grill Method:
    • Preheat a grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F) and grease the grates.
    • Place the marinated salmon fillets directly on the grill and cook for 4–5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.

    • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
    • Place the salmon in a single layer and air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
